Every member is vetted through an application and a 1:1 conversation.

Here’s how the process works:
1. Request Your Invitation (2 minutes)
Complete a short application so I can understand your role, company and current challenges.
2. Personal Review
I review every application myself. If there’s a strong fit, you’ll be invited to a short WCL21 CEO Session (1:1).
3. 1:1 WCL21 CEO Session
We have a focused conversation about your current context, pressure points and goals and we both get a sense of whether WCL21 is the right room for you.
4. Founding Member Invitation
If it’s the right fit, you’ll receive a private invitation to join the WCL21 Founding Member Cohort.
