As I mentioned earlier, I am super excited to launch my own podcast in September!
Wait...What? Another podcast?
Yes. And I tell you why.
I have this desire to help people move from average to greatness, so I need a platform to share my thoughts, insights and experience in working with high-achievers and successful leaders.
But it's not just about me. I am going to give a voice to successful business leaders and subject matter experts (CXOs, Executives, Scientists and other brilliant minds) who can share with me and my audience pragmatic insights and tips to become highly effective and performing professionals in the business world.
I'm going to focus primarily on:
In other words, we're going to deconstruct success so everyone can learn and apply these lessons to become better leaders.
It's an ambitious plan. I can't deny.
Because I am looking for excellence.
Not just as a commitment (running weekly quality episodes consistently is a big commitment indeed!), but because I want to interview only world-class individuals. Recording (me) or listening (you) a mediocre podcast is just a waste of time for all of us.
This is why the podcast is called The World Class Leaders Show.
