Hi {{ subscriber.first_name }},

Think you’re committed? Here’s how to really tell:

When you're committed to something, you're willing to:

↳ Put in the hard work
↳ Make sacrifices for the greater good
↳ Push through challenges to achieve your goals

Proof? You show:

↳ Dedication
↳ Perseverance
↳ Willingness to face difficulties head-on

It's about going beyond what's easy or comfortable.

Truth is?
It's hard. It's really hard.

Here's what I notice in many organizations:

Most people say they're committed...

But they're just interested.

If you're only interested in something you'll do only what is:

↳ Easy
↳ Convenient
↳ Comfortable

Your interest will create initial enthusiasm, but it's insufficient to sustain effort when things get tough.

You'll give up or lose focus at the first challenge because your dedication is shallow.

My final thought: 👇

Commitment is about depth and resilience.

While interest is about superficial engagement.

But only commitment can drive your ambition.

Agree?

P.S. What are you committed to achieving by the end of 2024?

P.S.S. Meanwhile...I published my interview with Hans-Martin Hellebrand co-CEO of Badenova, a regional utility company committed to driving energy transition in Southwest Germany on YouTube. We discussed turning Leadership upside down....Check this out here
