Hi {{ subscriber.first_name }},

Accountability is lip service in many organizations.

Yet, if you look at all the major issues your company faces at this very moment, 99% of items on your list refer to lack of accountability:

  • Rules and behaviors broken
  • Commitments broken
  • Responsibilities avoided
  • Red flags ignored
  • Procedures not followed
  • Tough decisions avoided
  • Information not shared
  • Opportunities missed

The path to performance is not making people accountable.

It’s to make them own the results.

When people build ownership, they don’t need external:

  • inputs
  • control
  • motivation
  • accountability

They’ll do what it takes to get results.

How to instill a sense of ownership:

  • give people a strong purpose
  • help them to believe in extraordinary results
  • encourage to use a committed language

Does it make sense to you?
