It provides clarity on goals and expectations, facilitating accountability and driving results. Goal Setting and Leadership Monte highlights the importance of goal setting at every level of the organization. He suggests setting near-term goals based on immediate needs and aligning longer-term goals with the overall strategy. Moreover, courageous leadership is essential for successful execution. Leaders must be willing to have difficult conversations and ensure everyone is working in the best interest of the team.
